Zisholtz & Zisholtz, LLP was founded by Gerald, who was admitted in 1954 after graduating from Brooklyn Law School.

 

Gerald started his career by taking anything and everything that came through the door, including but not limited to wills, criminal cases, divorces, annulments, landlord and tenant, real estate closings. This diverse background allowed Gerald to successfully represent clients in many areas of the legal field.

 

Gerald spent much of his career representing contractors, subcontractors and owners in construction related litigations. He is considered one of the top construction litigators in the New York Metropolitan area.
