Michelle has represented clients in a broad range of matters and has substantial experience in commercial litigation, construction claims, real estate, banking and finance, and personal injury. 

 

Ms. Cheng represents business owners and tradesmen on any and all commercial and consumer matters. She has vast experience in construction law - both in State and Federal court. 

 

Ms. Cheng strongly believes that successfully representing clients requires careful analysis of the cost and benefits of litigation. In putting this belief into practice, Ms. Cheng always makes herself available to her clients to assess each clients' individual needs.
